Temperature measurement

The measuring value of compounds in mixer can be shown and printed with accurate and reliable results through the wear-resistance thermocouple probes mounted on the top of discharge door.
14 points for temperature cycle check: 4 points for mixer bearings, 2 points for gearbox bearings, 1 point for lubricating oil of gearbox, 1 point for hydraulic oil.2 points for main motor bearings and 4 points for wearing plates;
Normal working mixing temperature will be up to 180 ⁰C.

Internal mixer with intermeshing rotor can be used for plasticizing, mixing and final mixing resin, rubber, plastic and other materials for hard rubber products, seals, moulds, PVC as well as material for various plastic products. It is especially suitable for mixing mixture of rubber and plastics, rubber compounds and short fiberfill, and for plasticizing, mixing and final mixing hot sensitive rubber components.
