3.4Double-roller pinch feeding & Three-roller leveling equipment

3.5 head-cutting Equipment
To cut off the redundant heads or ends of steel rolled coils, here install one hydraulic shearing equipment for max.1300mm wide and 6mm thick sheet
3.6 Hole Accumulator(1)
1)Structure: hole with cement walls, two pieces of turnover plate to more or less cover the hole, so as to accumulate some strip in the hole.
2)Hole dimension: 3.5mL×1.6mW×4m
3)Composition of turnover plate: to weld square steel pipes to set up a frame, lay wearable plastic plates on the frame; at the both edges, sliding roller respectively.
4)Overturning movement of turnover plate is driven by hydraulic cylinder (Φ80×500mm)
3.7Aligning equipment
1)Structure: vertical rollers to restrict the progressing position of strip, while horizontal rollers to press strip.

3.9Scrap reeler
1)Structure: wo scrap reelers, with one on each side of the slitting line

3)Each reel is driven by 3KW motor under frequency control, slip is realized by friction wafer
4)Scrap-discharging style: hydraulically drive the scrap creel shrink, then can take scrap bundle down.

3.11Pre-separator and Belt Tensioning machine

6) form of damping: belt tensioning machine
Usage and theory of the belt tensioning machine:
1) it is installed before recoiler in the whole line and which is composed of different materials and special belts with the difference in the coefficient of friction
2)The friction resistance is occurred by the inner face of the belt and the steel-made slidings which functions the sheet anti-tension and make the recoiler more tight and not cause the scratch on the surface of the sheet
3) the special belt is separated into many slits and can be extended differently and singly by the idler and make the the strength of strips reeled averagely.The tensioning strength is produced by adjusting the hydraulics pressed down,therefore anti-tension can be adjusted according to the different material or material thickness .
Advantage of the belt tensioning machine
1) It can make the coil reel tidy and tight and less fault in ply
2) It can avoid the scratch on the surface of the sheet while the sheet and belt moves synchronously .
3) The special circle belt ,installed directly on the idler with cycled cooling units inside and it can keep cooling status
4) It is easy to adjust the strength of the belt manually according to different thickness
