        This welding rotator is customized. It is widely used in pipe welding, espacially in petrifaction industry. It is installed long rollers, work-piece can completely touch with the roller to realize effective turning.

2. Introduction

        Long tank were jointed by 2 or more pipe. So we may use this type equipment to joint many short pipe. Also we may put the jointed tank on this type machine, and then the worker may point weld and welding the long seam on the tank. At first you put 2 short pipes on the equipment, and then you may drive the motor. The 2 pipe will near and near ,and then weld the joint.

Please notice:    

● The long pipe is tape on the base, so the pipe may extrusion, you may joint the pipe one by one

● The long pipe is standard on the base, You may weld the pipe several workplace

● The distance between the wheels and wheels may adjust, bolt fixed

● The control box may by hand in the pipe
