Hydraulic tyre press BOM hydraulic tyre curing press Hydraulic tyre curing press for PCR and LT tyre (B-Type) This curing press is side-plate frame type, each cavity is individually operated. Each beam moves up and down vertically on guiding rail, and is equipped with safety pin for mould locking. Each mould is heated by platen and served by 6 oil pressuring cylinders on the bottom. Center mechanism can either be BOM type. This curing press is equipped with Double-column vertical chuck and swing type unloading device for tyre loading and unloading. As per customer’s request, auto mould-adjusting device, SMO Drive device, PCI and green tyre holder are available. Curing piping can also be made to order. This curing press uses PLC for real-time control, and industrial PC for Human-Machine Operation Interface. All parameters can be re-set during curing cycle, and real-time data collection/ preservation, Alarming, as well as data bak dating can also be realized through this system. With Ethernet interface, curing press group-management is available. One oil hydraulic station can be fitted on to drive and control one or up to give curing presses. Proportional electro-hydraulic control technology is adopted for mould open/close speed adjustment. This curing press is applicable for curing PCR, LTR and bias tyres with Nitrogen or steam as curing medium.
