1)Structure and working style: Each of the double mandrels has three steps, and radial expansion through slider driven by hydraulic cylinder (Φ140×75mm); To make sure coil on centerline of the slitting line, the double mandrels bidirectionally move toward or faraway each other, or one of the mandrel bi-directionally move toward or faraway to the other, by hydraulic cylinder(Φ125×1100mm).

3.5 End-cutting Equipment
To cut off the redundant end of hot rolled coils, here install one hydraulic shearing equipment for max.1300mm wide and 6mm thick strip.
1)Structure: hole with cement walls, One turnover plate to cover the hole, so that strip pass over and accumulate some strip in the hole.
2)Hole dimension: 5mL×2,2mW×3mH
3)Composition of turnover plate: to weld square steel pipes to set up a frame, lay wearable plastic plates on the frame; at the both edges, sliding roller respectively.
4)Overturning movement of turnover plate is driven by hydraulic cylinder (Φ80×500mm)
3.7Aligner & presser
1)Structure: vertical rollers to restrict the progressing position of strip, and one pair of horizontal rollers to press strip.

3.8Disc Slitting Machine

3.9 Scrap reeler

3.11 Pre-separator and Tensioner

4)Press & pinch-feed rollers: one pair of rollers, to press strip and pinch feed strip forward(Φ80×100 press-down cylinder, 7.5KW motor).
5)Tensioning style: press the upper beam of tensioner stand down, put wooden plate and wool felt between upper and down beams
6)The pressing-down strength is done by two Φ80×150mm hydraulic cylinders, and strength is adjustable.

3.12 Recoiler and Separator

3) The angle and press-down extent of up rollers can be adjusted according to leveling thickness; Two adjusting styles: electric rough adjustment and manual fine adjusting.
4) Heavy needle bearings and plane bearings ensure leveling rollers to work without run-off phenomenon.
