This heavy duty type of our roller beds for sand blasting has the following features:

• It's heavy duty type specially used for marine wind tower production.
• Metallic rollers with groove to support the fake flange;
• This special turning rolls consist of one driving bolt adjustable turning roll, one idle bolt adjustable turning roll and electric control system, etc;
• All the connectors are designed with safety protections and improved airproof performance to ensure the machine can work in severe surroundings;
• Special structure design to avoid sand deposit;
• Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. anti-explosion motor drive via self-locking worm gear reducers;
