KHBT Series cylinder body wall saddle type full-automatic pulse tube plate argon arc welding machine can be used in boiler, heat exchangers, pressure containers of small tube and bassoon and body orthogonal carbon steel, stainless steel tube plate of all position of welding.

KHBT51 welding machine is mainly used for pipe diameter for 51mm and inner diameter for 800mm-2400mm cylinder body wall saddle type tube plate welding.

Special size of pipe and tube body as well as the special assembly way, can customize according to the requirements of customers.

3,Welding torch using forced circulation water cooling, continuously work long hours.

4,The positioning spindle using water-cooled manner to avoid overheating pipe head loss.

5,System adopts PLC control and it is stabilization and reliable, strong anti-jamming.

6, The man-machine interface adopts LCD touch screen, English input, the operation is simple, intuitive convenient.

7,Adopt Panasonic IGBT inverter control dc pulsed Tig welding power, high efficiency, arc stability strong, weld bead moulding beauty.

8,The machine adopts compulsory air-cooled water cooling circulatory system, equipped with 16 liters stainless steel tank, not affected by field water hydraulic conditions of limits, cooling fully, reliable convenient.
